The Cattaraugus County Land Bank does accept vacant properties and land through donation. Generally these donations are made from banks or municipalities, however, in some cases, private donations will be accepted. Donation considerations are reviewed by our Acquisition/Disposition Committee and a recommendation will be forwarded to our Board of Directors.
